I charge $200 per 50 minute session.

I am an out-of-network provider. Upon request, I will provide you with a Super Bill for possible insurance reimbursement.

You may be eligible to be reimbursed for some or all of your session cost through out-of-network coverage. I encourage you to first check with your insurance carrier to verify for coverage and ask the following questions:

- Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage for outpatient mental health services?

- If so, what is my deductible and have I met any of it yet this year?

- After meeting my deductible, at what percentage am I reimbursed for each session?

- How do I file a claim for reimbursement? Can I submit online or is there an address to which I send the claim?

We can connect either in-person or virtually. Telehealth is available via secure Zoom for NY residents and my office is located in Union Square.

PMH-C stands for Perinatal Mental Health Certification. Candidates must complete at least 20 hours of relevant training and have a minimum of two years of experience in the field before sitting for a standardized exam. Working with a PMH-C ensures that you receive highly specialized care. Providers who hold this certification include therapists, psychiatrists, and doulas.

The duration of treatment depends on many factors. Some people come to therapy with a targeted goal in mind. Once achieved, they feel empowered to move on.

Others participate in therapy long term; presenting issues may be resolved, allowing other goals to emerge.

My approach includes regular check-ins to measure the effectiveness of therapy along the way.
